Power Reset
Power Reset is a slow, intentional class designed to help you downshift and restore. Formats may vary and can include gentle flow, yin, restorative postures, candlelight practice, breathwork, or stillness—depending on the instructor.
What remains constant is the focus on slowing down, creating space, and resetting body and mind. Power here is not about effort, but presence—leaving you feeling grounded, steady, and renewed.
-
Power to Give
Power to Give is a flexible, pay-what-you-can class rooted in connection, generosity, and community impact. Taught by staff or guest teachers, formats may vary from gentle movement and meditation to restorative or other mindful practices.
This class creates space to move and breathe with intention while supporting local causes and the community we share. Give what you can, receive what you need, and let your practice extend beyond the mat.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you’re welcome here.
Our teachers offer clear guidance, accessible options, and encouragement to help you move safely, confidently, and with intention.
